I have one too and noticed these differances from the MU-2.MU-3 winds from the top through a guide on the top of the bumper.The brakets are narrower to fit in a tighter space between radiator and bumper.Also no angle to end of the brakets so there is no cant to the instalationThe declutch handle is stronger.(Not a expert on aplications)Used on the 60's 300's.Come see my trucks when you get time.Gary
