You know... I am so tired of driving in Denver/Co. The roads are horrible, people are stupid, and drive way way too fast. And when people aren't busy rear ending my truck or crashing the side of my truck at 65 mph on I-225... the little pricks are hanging out in the blind spot... Yesterday, I'm cruising to go get a friend for work, and keeping 45 mph in a 45 zone, and I came up over the hill and a little red car was full on the brakes... I was in the center lane, and not enough time to move left. So I went right, I had enough time to look in the mirror and grab the blinker. Next thing I know sheet metal is grating, and I hear tires squalling... F--K. I sideswiped a little beater car, and just about ripped the side of the car off with my rear bumper when he slammed on the brakes...
I wonder if people even think that big trucks can see them?? Or for that matter if they are even paying attention 1/2 the time... I'm soo tired of spending money on my truck only to have it torn up in traffic by mine someone else's stupidity...
I bought a motorcycle, and I'm going to ride that all summer... There is way way way too much traffic in this city anymore for a truck of that size. Love her to death. But it's not worth the fuel and tearing it up, and all the insurance claims. If anyone has any excellent looking adventurer trim for a 1976 Dodge W200, and clips.... I am in the market.
