I have a Miller 130 110 volt mig that does a good job up to 1/4" metal. You can only weld a couple minutes and it will click off to cool down. On thinner metals it does good. I bought a Dayton 110 stick welder years ago and it was a piece of junk, wouldn't run a 1/8" rod.
