It's basicly a bolt up conversion. All you use is the 2wd sheetmetal on the 4x4 chassis. If I remember right I sold it for $3250.
The 1/2 stuff is good because you get the tall gears, but the springs are no good. I pulled a leaf or two out of the back and it still rode like a buckboard. Highly reccomend the 251 or 265 flathead. Bolts in with only minor modification. Pulls it up the hill a lot better.
