I need the help of the part sellers on this forum

I have someone interested in some parts I am selling, which is a good thing. They want to know what shipping charges will be...to Saudi Arabia.

Question #1: Should this be sending up a red flag? (I'm paranoid)

Question #2: Which shipper would you use? I know Fed Ex just got hammered on this board a day or so ago, and I usually go with the US Postal Service, but not around the world.

Any suggestions?
