Okay, I'll chime in.
I've never had a problem with shipping via Fed-X. UPS, on the other hand, has had some problems happen, mostly human error stuff.... To spare the details, if given the choice and the same rates, I'd probably opt for Fed-X, based on experience. But I'll keep in mind what everyone else has had to say, and also that the regional UPS distribution center is located (and pays taxes!) in our tiny little town. Mark me down as "on the fence"
