Like somebody is going to get pulled over for copyright infringement!
There have been people driving around for years with expired tags, registrations stickers, who have never and probably will never be pulled over for it, and you're worrying about some dude ripping off a cartoon!!!!Get a life brother!
That one is about as enforceable a law as the one where you're not supposed to copy video tapes, or pull that tag off a matress.
