I've fitted and removed a few military fronts over the years, with and without winches, and none of them had DPCD script bolts on them.
Eveywhere else on the truck, yes, but all the fronts I've worked on had plain half inch fine thread bolts on. I suppose this could have been the army working on them, but it looks a little suspicious to me.
