at the actual 25,390 GVW rather than the manufacturer's 30,200 GVWR, but unfortunately I don't think the state allows it. I wonder what they do with unique custom-built or highly-modified trucks. Since you had your frame cut down, does that give you any way to create a new GVWR plate? The WSDOT must have some way of dealing with modifications -- maybe have a licensed engineer analyze it or something.
