What is was about is; the age old problem of, WHO, WHAT, WHY, WHERE and WHEN.
Why pray tell should the buyer have to do all the work? It is a simple matter of marketing. How many folks sit around wondering why their stuff doesn't sell, when there isn't enough information, photos or other facts to make it worthwhile for anyone to explore it further?
Sort of like the seller that Jonas is trying to wring information from.
Makes me think, A) the seller isn't mentally equiped to sell, or B) the seller was told by his "boss" to unload it and he really doesn't want to. ("yes dear, I listed it") Every once in a while it does pay off to dig in a little deeper, but usually if the truck is a diamond in the rough, the seller is proud enough to provide information on how to contact him or her.
Thanks for the tip, but the onus is on the person providing information. = )
