I like the metal glove box. That was original on my WC53.
If you are looking to accesorize beyond original, I have some brackets for the map board that slid out from under the glove box on the Carryalls. You never know when a little retractable table might come in handy. I don't have the board-just the brackets it slides in. I think VPW gets $15 for reproduction boards. They are not much more than a piece of plywood with a notch to grab a hold of.
