By the time that one was made there was a range of engines available, but the flathead six Chrysler Industrial still seemed to be the most common.

We always think of Tuckers as orange and with beetle backs on them, but red seems to have been common too, with pickups at least as numerous as 'sedans' Although those are Doge truck axles the whole steering / driving assemblies are too light to mount under a truck.

Good job I have one already.
