If you super-size the pictures you can see that the tractor pto is connected to an intermediate belt pulley that then drives the bandsaw via a flat belt.
Depending on the bandsaw's operating RPM it might be possible to drive it with a flat belt via the Power Wagon's belt pulley attachment.
