OT-Bed Wood

I just finished putting in a new wood bed in my 72 chevy. Was that ever a big job! When I looked at the kits $500 seemed high so I purchased my wood at the local lumber store and milled it myself. Then I purchased all the nuts and bolts. It took my son and myself 3 days to get it done for about $150 using pine. Laying on my back under the truck for so long took the enjoyment out of it.

I think I'll take a break before I do the FF. This time I will remove the bed and use oak as the FF deserves better.
