I just bought one of those surplus M151 heater kits that are available pretty reasonable these days, figuring I ought to be able to figure out some way to put it in my M37, which has no heater. The M37 is far from authentic already, so I just want something that puts out heat. I happen to have a 12V blower motor that should replace the 24V motor that's on the heater. I know I'm not the only guy that's done this, and I even vaguely remember about it somewhere, but I can't remember where. Have any of you put an M151 heater in an M37 or do you remember where there's a description of somebody doing it? If somebody else has already figured out what has to be cut, bent, moved, etc, I rather not re-figure it out myself. Thanks
