I had a donor 63 model PW to get all the conversion pieces from. I've heard of guys moving the radiator mount as far forward as possible and reversing the tank to get clearance, but never seen the swap in person so I can't say for sure it works well. I will check my part #'s to see if the pulley seal is the same from 230 to 251 and get back to you.
