DRAG LINK IS CUTTING THROUGH MY AXLE HOUSING!!!

where the curved arm on the steering knuckle meets the drag link. the drag llink is straight but seems to angle down toward the housing and has rubbed a notch into the axle housing. what the heck is going on??? i DO have an arm that has a curve to it, i could put on the curved arm, but will that wear out that ball and socket joint sooner?? Thats the only way i can see to fix it. i am going to replace the bearings in the knuckle but i don't think thats the entire problem. hmmmmmmmmmmm. any helpful suggestions??
