251 vs 230 front pulley

i have a chance to get a running 251 that will replace my 230but the guy needs the front pulley off of it for his other truck a 1 1/2 ton. will a 230 PW pulley fit the outer dia. is different. also what will i have to do to put a251 in my power wagon B1 without hood mods. thanks for the help i have been away from the page along time. thanks jan
