Not too difficult. Remove inner door panel after removing the door and window handles. Put the window handle back on the shaft and lower the window. Now look inside the door at the lower window rail. You will see two stop screws. Undo them and turn the window crank again until the rollers line up with the slots in the metal strip on the bottom of the window. Slid the arms/rollers out and lift and rotate the window bringing it out through the noral window slot in the top of the door. THe window needs to be turned 90 degrees is I remember correctly.
To get the door latch out. Unscrew the door handle mechanism. Rotate it to disconnect it from the rod that goes to the door latch. Now take the rod and put it in the vertical position so that it come up into the window slot area. Now unscre the latch and rotate the latch around the window channel. It will come right out. You have to have the rod in the vertical position to do this.
