We have a 1956 Ford F-350 outback with a good set of 17.5 rims on it that are six lug singles. The pattern is the same as Dodge and should work perfectly on your truck. Let me know if you are interested, located only an hour and 15 min north of you in Beautiful Silverwood Michigan! Thanks
