I bought my '53 B3 from Herb 10 years ago. I would venture to say Herb and his son Blake like to get top dollar for the PWs, but who wouldn't? They have a little parts yard with various trucks and parts down behind his day job business in Roseburg.
I feel I got a great deal from Herb on my truck. It took a lot of fixing up, but was a very good starting point. Hope this helps.
