The frame number is going to be driver's side infront of the steering box. Most likely the number in under many years of paint and you will need to spray paint remover to get down to it. Just wipe the paint remover off. If you used a brush or anything abrasive you can distort the numbers. If you send me your email I can email you a picture of where it should be.
Now they do get moved around a bit from the factory but all will be in the general area.
