OK I had some reject wheels with to much corrosion on the lock lip. So I spend time torching out the rivets. What a pain, had to be real careful. I just sent them 2 more centers but now I have access to a drill press so if I drill a pilot hole and block it right I can get the end of the rivet off and punch out the shank. Much neater In July 2003 I sent 3 centers and also one split rim for staightening. Shipping all 4 from NC to CA was $65. I just sent 2 centers only and it was about $24 shipping. Other costs. $55 to strighten one lock ring. $100 per wheel to build up each tubeless rim. $10 to media blast each wheel. $47.50 to high gloss powder coat each wheel. $100 to ship all 4 wheels back to me. Now remember those were July 2003 prices. I just got the wheels back 2 weks ago. I will see what current prices are. The long time frame was because they were looking for a tubeless rim that that allow the back spacing to be minimum to allow mounting of drum or disk brakes. I also think that they forgot or I was a low priority. I thought it was sort of slow service but my M37 was not out of service waiting for these rims. Does this help?
