John,got one in my shop now, (B-3PW) the problem you have is likely that the spider gears are excessively worn, but check backlash on ring and pinion first. Pull carrier out, checking backlash is simple, if you need to remove cage to replace spiders, mark pinion bearing caps as not to disturb settings.
