Greg- I bought a fender from VPW which came off an ambulance from Tialand. The inner border of this fender has a flange bent towards the axle at a right angle. Slowly bend this flange back out so it points towards the horizon. After welding any bolt holes, releasing cuts etc. you will have an exact replica of a first series fender.I then repositioned the fender on the bed to realign new bolt holes.
