We were very smart to build the garage/barn/shop FIRST, before starting the 4-year house remodeling project. Besides the practicality to have a place to work on things, we actually set up a bedroom in the barn during part of the project when my wife was working nights. Also, by the time the house was done, we would not have had the dollars left to put into the garage! Steve, I sent you an email, Bruce
