the W300 Crew Cab is a special order truck, and very few were built.
You can use a D200/W200 CC body, the steering column mount and transmission (doghouse) cover is different, which can be overcome.
But setting a CC cab on a std W300 chassis will give it a very abbreviated look, I would consider either stretching the frame, or using a D400-600 frame and cut it to desired length.
OR keep an eye out for an elusive W300 CC
when they become available. I have managed to own four of them, and know that the ones accounted for is up to around 20 trucks.
