The Swivel Frame PWs are a little scarce. I saw mention of one or two in 20-25 years of searching and buying PWs and never found one myself. It was for sale in FL about 10 years ago, advertised in the PW Advertiser. I don't know where it ended up. I would grade "rarity" at more so than the rear belt pully option and right in there with the PW Woodie and the Gerstenslager Station Wagon. In retrospect I wish I had been a little more serious about the one 10 years ago. haven't heard of one since. As for a mechanic, forget about the dealers. Almost every town has some back woods (back steet) inpependent garage. If there isn't some old mechanic there they will know where one is. He may be even retired. The point is when you find him it is usually easy to get him to work on these things for the same reason we like them. It is a huge nastolgia kick for them to work on something simple again after all the complicated modern crap. I have an old retired ex-Farmall, ex-farm truck mechanic. He turns away all the modern junk and works on anything I drag in because he loves it. He even has all the vintage books on everything. Right now he is rebuilding my neighbors 1934 Co-op tractor with an original Plymouth flat head. The interesting thing is this is the 3rd time the engine was worn out and then rebuilt by him. It's probably his last. Good luck and have fun. Lyle Van Wert
