The best way I've heard of to remember the firing order of the Dodge (Chrysler?) flat head six is as follows (with an apropriate ammendment): Think of the ideal girl, lady, etc.; 15 hands tall ( about 60 inches. The original idea was 15 years, but being a grouchy old fart, that seems too young to me.); 36, 24. Whew; if I had a 15year old daughter that had those figures, I'd have all the guys scared off, because of the 10 gauge double that I keep around.
