I've got a 1952 M37. The engine was over hauled two months ago. I find that I'm loosing a lot of water.
I checked the hose connections and they all look tight. The water loss seems to correlate with towing or a lot of 1st gear use.
I suspect the radiator cap because I see water coming out the metal overflow tube. The book just says "pressue cap". I assume it needs a low pressure cap (4 lbs.?) I can not find
a parts dealer who has one for a 1952 Dodge. Do you agree that this is the most likily problem? Where can I get a new cap and what part number should I specify?
