Here is what I remember.

Cut and test fit and form the channel. Do not put the inner metal pieces that hold the upper portion of the channel in place. Two ways that I got the window in. Wrap the preformed channel around the window leaving the tails that go down into the bos dangling free below the window. Bend these tails slightly inward. Place the window into place coming in from the top and feeding the tails into the rails in the box only when the tails are far enough in to be just above the bottom of the box. Then push the tails into the rail and slide downward into the lower channel holders in the rail. During this process the window and upper channel will slide into postion. Do you minor adjustments to the channel making sure that the window slides up and down then put in the trim pieces that hold the upper portion of the channel in place. If I remember correctly I did one window by putting the channel in with out the in t upper trim pieces then rotated the window in. The first method is the way I had my best time doing it. My channel was cloth covered and allowed some movement in the channel in the box rails. I had some rubber ones that I could not get to work as they allowed no slip and they a real tight fit in the channel.

Email me and give me you phone and I will try to call you.
