Almost hate to post this, now that you have already started. However if you are not interested in an exact repoduction it is no big deal. Just an FYI thing.
That rear (second) seat is original, very typical of 60's Dodges, patterns and design. My Sweptline had the same pattern, but with a "V" type style back. It mimics the popular 'tuck and roll' that was popular in hot rods in those days. I decided to re-do my seats, close to stock, but not exactly. I used the same colors, better material and made the "stitched" tucks actually real tucks.
I wouldn't worry about that rear seat, unless someone makes you an offer you can't refuse for it. Just go ahead and re-cover it to match your front seat, but photo document the color and style, in case you decide to go original at sometime in the future.
