It's a half-assed fix, and if your MC is pitted at all, (I'm sure it is) it will continue leaking. Save yourseld a big headache, spend $65, and send your MC out to have it re-sleeved in stainless. Since you putting in new front brakes, buy all new brake lines, send your rear wheel cylinders out with the MC to have them resleeved in stainless also. Do the job right the first time or dont do it at all. There are a number of places that will resleeve your cylinders, just look them up in Hemmings under "Services".
Best place to get a wiring harness is Vintage Wiring of Maine. he's 2 months out, but the quality is well worth it. NAPA will have all your 6 vt bulbs.
