A first class, heavy truck frame and alignment shop can evaluate it for you and align the housing if necessary. I had a 44F housing on a Ford once that was slightly wrong.

They do a set up on the housing with it in place on the truck, and pull it back into correct alignment. One risk with that if you do it with axle shafts in place is that you can damage seals. This is because, as is the case with any bending procedure, you have to overpull to get it to return to a desired shape.

I did not remove my shafts, and had to remove one later to replace a seal.

The alignment was not that expensive, either.
