This would have an 8-lug dana 44. I think this happens by just normal usage and age. Was this truck previously a snow plow truck?
Buddy has a dana 60 from like a 78 dodge and his front driverside has a pretty good lean to it. Most likely it is a bent axle tub. maybe the outer assembly could have bent or been tweaked. The alignment with the bearing/kingpins.
Depending on what you use your truck for I am not sure what kind of safety issues this could cause. Tire wear will really hurt so you should think about swapping tires from left to right and then to the rears to try and keep the wear as even as possible.
If you got the money you could look for a replacement front axle to swap with.
