You aren't sending the e-mails. Someone who has your e-mail addy in their address book has the virus, and it's using your address as the sender when it mails. The receiver's anti-virus program rejects the e-mail, and automatically sends an e-mail to the "sender", which it thinks is you. Just delete them and don't worry about it if you have an up-to-date anti-virus program.
