Funny that you should mention the Jeep bearings. The first thing that we would do to a Jeep to improve the steering and handling would be to remove the bearings and install the bushings. Just the reverse of the first post. Much more solid and smoother steering, and no shimmy. Hopefully the Dodge takes better to the oposite technique.
