Hey Brian, not sure what shape your FlatFender is in but I do have a bunch of spare parts for sale if you are interested. Is it Glenn's old red FlatFender :) ? If I were in your shoes I would rip out all the brake stuff and redo it all, sparing no cost, right from the start. Brakes and tires.... very very important. Make sure you put in a dual feed master cylinder. The LAST thing you want is brake failure when driving around this slightly over-populated law-suit happy area. Somehow I don't think you are going to get 300/100/100 (or something like that) insurance on your FlatFender.
