That looks exactly like the bomb hoist I have on my deuce, down to the last detail. I'm quite sure it's too large for an M37 or WC. It is missing the trolley and chain hoist, but includes the brace for the end of the I-beam. The dealers typically sell these for $800, used but complete. If you have a truck it fits in, it is handy for lifting small heavy things (up to 2 tons), but it also pretty much ruins the truck for bulky things like full units of lumber. The arch can be unbolted from the beam, as can the bottom rear crosspiece, thus allowing all the pieces to be packed flat. This is the way they were crated from the factory. If this one is in similar condition to mine, the large number of 5/8" fine-thread bolts that hold it together are probably rusted in place and would need to be cut off to disassemble it.
