My 57 has an Anthony Host Co. hoist under my stock bed. The bed is about 3" higher than it should be but its not too noticable. The bottom of the bed was reinforced as was the frame. Electric/ hydraulic setup with 2 big pistons, works really well. I havent filled it to the brim with stone, but I have loaded firewood up to the top of the cab and it dumps as if it was empty. I love that setup. I can get you pictures if you are curious.
