I neglected to give thanks to my good friends Sam Goin and John Foster down in Aubry TX. They made it possible for me to drive down at the last minute and pick up my new truck (sight unseen BTW) Sam had checked it out for me while it was still on ebay and test drove it to make sure I wasn't getting in over my head (happens often!) Sam brought it back from Arlington (sp?) and dropped it off at Johns Sat morning and by Sat eve John had pulled the fifth wheel and installed a goose neck hitch for me before I had even left to head down there!
These guys have saved my bacon many times and all out of the goodness of the hearts (or late night trail rides with Carol??)
Anywho I just wanted to thank them in public to let them know how much I appreciate what they did for me. John is the 8ft tall one on the left and Sam (well, most of you would recognize him if he was in his underware!) is on the right.
BTW for you Sam photo collectors I have a new one that is HORRIBLE! And would gladly email it to you as it shouldn't be shown on the forum. And BZ and Dwight.........the poster sized one you ordered will be done next week for your garage walls!
And Paul... My pronuciation of TX as Tex-ass is purely a sign of affection, after all I was born in Houston.
