Will, I agree with greg. I pull mine on to trailer so it squats my 3/4 ton about 2 inchs and then use equilizing bars to force some of load on to frame and front axle of hauling truck. Pulls very nice that way. I also use sway bar. I have been recently convinced to bind truck to trailer using frame instead of axles. I was told that the truck bouncing on springs can destroy your wheel bearings plus it is more apt to move around. Best would be like paul says (do both frame and axles)
