Dave, Im not sure where you are located, but Ive here are two suggestions:

www.firetec.com
www.slaglesfire.com

Both companies deal in pre-owned apparatus.

Another source of apparatus would be the trade magazines or websites such as www.firehouse.com or www.fireengineering.com. Their websites usually have classified sections where appratus can be located.

As a note, if you are near a large municiple department, you may ask how they replace equipment. Most large departments auction the older rigs and it may be a place to look.
Other large departments donate their rigs to smaller companies, so check with them too.

Dont forget that a growing number of smaller departments are selling their rigs on
E-Bay. Just go to that site and search for FIRE, AMBULANCE, or RESCUE. Ive seen a number of Dodge mini-pumpers on there.

Im not sure what you are referring to when you say an aide vehicle. Is that a rescue truck, an ambulance, or a hybrid? Either way, there are a number of pre-owned dealers out there. Dont forget that all new apparatus dealers take older units on trade, so you may want to check their inventories.

Lastly, dont forget that the US government
trades in a fair number of rigs each year.
Check the GSA websites.

Just a few thoughts.

Be safe.

mike
