my throttlecable broke on my truck one night on the hiway 12 sonoma sedastapool cloverleaf.the chp called a truck and the one that did.( it was a nonexhistant slinger)had tocallthe flatbed beacus he did not know that it was a lifted truck with big tires. 35`s are not that big.the guy picked it up withthe flatbed and he commented on how nice looking it was.then he dropped off my truck in a parking lot then fixed my cable temporarly with bailing wire. i drove with that fix for almost a week.the guy with the flatbed has been towing cars since the early 70`s. i tipped them 20 dollars beacus that is all teh cash that i had on me.
