The T-137 correct engine and cab serial numbers are only 333 numbers apart, suggesting to me they are both original to the truck. Comparing them to the yearly VIN number ranges, I'd guess the truck is a 1949 PW, where VINs for Detroit trucks (excluding the first "839" numbers) ran from 11549 to 15078. You truck seems to be in the high end of that range. San Leandro trucks are a small monkey wrench to this analysis, but you asked for a long distance guess, so there's mine. If you were very close to the truck you'd simply look at the VIN plate instead of posting this question.
