If it is the same as the Budd Military Body tag numbers it would break down like this:

First 2 numbers = year of manufacture(51)
second 2 numbers = Body style,Closed cab PW(83)
last numbers = production number of cab(002)

If that last one is right that is pretty wild to have the 2nd one made. I'm sure others will chime in. Kevin
