The next size up D/C trucks are badged as Freigtliners.
The reason for the Cummins 600 is to get braging rights away from ferd and their big marketing campaign where they tout the ferd 6.8 as being the most powerful engine ever (it beat the Cummins HO by 5 lb ft. of torque).
