W300 cab needed

I purchased a W300 over the weekend with the factory LU2 winch and a PTO driven dump bed(well the frame of the bed anyway). The cab on the truck is totally shot. Will the cab off of a D100 bolt on to this frame? I am told the fenders are different, how so? I would like to install a different cab and add a flatbed. Does anyone have pictures of a nice looking flatbed W300 for some ideas?
