Most likely all that happened is a few of the bolts backed out of the spindle, and the rest got pulled out by force.

This is somewhat common on these small knuckle Dana 44s, too bad it happened on the drivers side!

The drivers side knuckle on a PG is one of the hardest drivetrain bits to get in good shape, so if the rest of the knuckle looks good I would just helicoil any of the threads that got damaged.

If you are lucky the bolt holes will be ok, and all you will need to do is reassemble, and use locktight this time!

My bet is though that you have some damage to the knuckle, and maybe the boles in the spindle, good luck!
