Installing the light in a new interior

Finally putting in the new interior (brown in a dk green B4-PW). Nailing in the door welting was a hoot.

I have an original interior light (not chromed) that came with, but it was attached via a crude steel bracket off the rear window trim (that I don't think was original) when I got the truck. And the headliner was mostly missing, so I could get no help from that source.

I looked at the photos of Glen's truck and see the location. I'd like to know if there were any tricks you folks have learned. It is not immediately obvious how to attach the light to the headliner. Perhaps I don't have all the pieces.

Also - is anybody adding insulation when they put these back together?
